Since its debut in November 2018, the 528-room adult-only property has exceeded expectations by being among the most popular in the portfolio of 25 brand properties in terms of occupancy, including maintaining the highest occupancy rates in Punta Cana with increasing levels of guest satisfaction.
The hotel’s global reputation index score (GRI), a global index that qualifies online reputation has consistently remained at 91%. Similarly, its Net Promoter Score (NPS), an index that measures the willingness of a customer to recommend a product or service to others, stands at 51%, well above the industry average of 39%.

The integral renovation involved the updating of rooms, the addition of 144 swim-up suites, the renovation of restaurants and the updating of the programming and activities, to align with the options of lively entertainment and exquisite culinary experiences that are characteristic of the Escape Experience . The program includes Full Moon Party on the beach, Burlesque-themed shows, live jazz music at the bar, cooking workshops, mixology classes and menu offerings with premium cocktails, and a state-of-the-art gym and personal trainer.
The property has been operational since last November but its official inauguration took place earlier this year. It highlighted some of the Escape Experience activities, including a burlesque show, a rock show and a silent disco.
