Within the framework of the XXIII meeting of the Caribbean Tourism Exchange (BTC) that takes place every year in the city of Santo Domingo, the First Latin American Congress of Religious Tourism and Emerging Destinations will take place.
It is carried out by COLATUR with the support of COTAL – Confederation of Tourist Organizations of Latin America.
COLATUR is a mixed space integrated by the Public and Private sector, Businessmen, Chambers, Associations, Ministries and Secretaries of Tourism with the institutional support of COTAL (Confederation of Tourist Organizations of Latin America).
Open to all creeds and people linked to culture, whose goal is to integrate the countries of the region, creating religious tourism circuits, in a multidisciplinary, plural and participatory work table. Also providing training and education to industry professionals.
From June 27 to 30, at the Dominican Fiesta Hotel in Santo Domingo, the main players in the Latin American and Caribbean sector will attend the event in which, on this occasion, they will have many new features.
The Congress will have two types of participations – one for residents and one for foreigners; which offer coffee break and lunch for attendees, certificates of participation and gift of the first edition of the book PATRONAS among others.
In the case of the foreign assistants, in addition, they will have the possibility of making a guided visit to the colonial zone of the city and to have lodging options.
