Last week, the commitments were at Fitur Madrid, in Spain, and at the New York Times Travel Show, in the United States. Participating in internationals serves to identify tourism trends, expand relationships with destinations on other continents and spread the Serra Gaúcha to the world.
FESTURIS CEO, Eduardo Zorzanello was at Fitur Madrid working to promote the main tourism business fair in South America and acting as a spokesman for tourism in the Serra Gaúcha. At the time, it was possible to make contact with professionals and authorities from 147 countries, strengthening the relationship with the most important companies, destinations and players in the international market.
“Fitur has always been an avant-garde and highly positive fair for us, as it allows contact with the world of tourism and trends for the coming years. They invest a lot in content and bring up important topics like sustainability, innovation, gastronomy and LGBT tourism. The stands are very well thought out, creative and bet on the concept of experience. They serve as inspiration for us. Regarding the contacts made, we were able to open markets with new players from Europe, Africa and Asia ”, evaluates Zorzanello.
