Four Seasons Las Vegas Reveals Its Multi-Million Dollar Redesign Plans

The Four Seasons Las Vegas luxury hotel reveals its plans for a multi-million dollar room redesign during 2023. The upgrades will be completed in two phases for 424 rooms and suites.

Phase one will redesign 404 guest rooms, one-bedroom and executive suites in the second and third quarters of 2023. Phase two will see twenty specialty suites and penthouse lounge areas remodeled in the fourth quarter of 2023.

Located on the campus of the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, the hotel offers a luxurious environment that inspires focus, connection and relaxation. The design is inspired by the morning light of the Mojave desert and the floor-to-ceiling views of the surrounding Las Vegas valley.

The new room design is the vision of Kara Smith of KES Studio in Los Angeles. This hotel is a AAA Five Diamond enclave steps from the world-renowned energy of the Las Vegas Strip.

The unparalleled comfort of Four Seasons signature bedding is at the heart of each room outfitted with fully upholstered headboards with reading lights and multiple power charging stations. A well-defined work area allows guests to remain productive, with state-of-the-art technology for communication and entertainment.
