MSC Cruises, the largest private cruise company in the world, based in Switzerland and market leader in Europe, South America, South Africa and the Gulf, launched MSC Masters, a complete electronic training platform on the wide and varied offer of Company products and services for Travel Agents.
MSC Masters is a digital program that provides relevant information about MSC Cruises to tourism professionals, helping to deepen their knowledge about the company and offer the cruise experience to their customers.
This initiative allows us to expand the company’s distribution channel, generating interest in travel agencies that are not yet familiar with MSC Cruises. Agents who enroll in the program can become MSC Cruiser Teachers and get incentives.
MSC Masters has been designed to help Travel Agents get acquainted with their fleet of 16 ships – constantly growing land -, their new itineraries and the numerous experiences created to meet the needs of guests of all ages. As a result, this platform allows professionals to find the most suitable MSC Cruises proposal for each client.
The digital program, which can be accessed 24 hours a day, includes interactive modules with useful videos and complete tutorials with information on the characteristics of the ships, destinations, the Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, the lifestyle on board, the MSC Yacht Club and the MSC Book – the online booking platform. To this, 360º virtual tours are added to obtain a complete experience in order to provide a deeper insight into the history of MSC cruises and understand their values and differential elements.
MSC Masters will reward Travel Agents as they complete the modules. Those who complete the ‘MSC Basic’ course will obtain a personalized diploma as a graduate professional in ‘MSC Cruises Specialist’ and an MSC notebook. Then, they can also take the realizar MSC Advance ’course to become a Master, the highest level.
On the other hand, MSC Cruises has created a new easy-to-use tool for Travel Agents to train without the need to move. Thus, they should only enter a link – previously provided by the company – from any device. In this platform, every Wednesday, informative talks will be given by the executives of MSC Cruises with a duration of approximately 1 hour. In these virtual meetings the details of the boats, news, promotions and how to use the reservation system will be announced.
