Royal Caribbean International unveiled its new campaign for Latin America, with the aim of connecting and generating greater engagement of travel agents, which will seek to strengthen all travel agents through events and virtual seminars, updates and competitions.
The company also shared the launch of the new website www.soyagenteroyal.com – the new dynamic tool: a community.
#SOYAGENTEROYAL was presented to more than 1,200 travel agents from more than 18 countries in the 1st Royal Talk of the year, with Alberto Muñoz, AVP Royal Caribbean for Latin America and Gina Jiménez, Commercial Sales Development Lead.
“Travel agents are a very important pillar for our industry and especially for Royal Caribbean. With the beginning of a new year we want to reinforce our commitment to them ”, assured Alberto Muñoz.
Now the Royal Talks will be monthly, in which Alberto Muñoz will give updates at the corporate level and the industry in general, to keep the agents updated with the latest news; and the Royal Webinars, with two live schedules, will be more dynamic giving more knowledge and tools to the best ambassadors: travel agents.
“This year we wanted to do something totally different with new tools, spaces and a way to connect with all travel agents on another level. All of this is the result of the feedback we got last year with our successful Keep Calm We Are Together campaign. I thank each of the agents and our Travel Partners, key in the region, who took the time to express their concerns and ask for more resources ”, concluded Alberto Muñoz.
Together with the presentation of the campaign, the new website www.soyagenteroyal.com reaffirms the commitment to facilitate and provide relevant tools.
